At check-in, guests are required to present a form of photographic ID and a credit card. Please note that Special Requests are subject to availability and may also be subject to an additional charge.
Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel or amend your booking, you may do so free of charge at least 60 days prior to your arrival date. If you wish to cancel or amend after that time, you will be charged the full stay. No-shows will be charged the full stay.
